1. When does this message appear?
This message is displayed when the Mr Beam detects that the compressor, which is responsible for the air supply through the dreamcut tube, cannot perform as usual.
2. What can you do about it?
Please check whether the dreamcut-tube, which connects the brass tube on the laser head to the housing, has a bend. If this is the case, try to eliminate this bend.
Once you have fixed this error, the message should no longer appear on the next laser job. If you are unable to fix the bend or the message still appears, please contact our support by creating a ticket.
