Could not establish Wifi connection

 Hi Mr. Beam Team,

for some time now it has not been possible for me to connect the Mr. Beam 2 via Wifi (at the moment I'm using a LAN-cable). When I try to connect to the Wifi in the device settings I only get the message that the password is wrong. Since I copied the password from the router settings, a typo is unlikely. I've already looked at the logs, but I am not able to locate the cause of the problem either:

Hi Alex,

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the WiFi connection. Please try to use our network_reset Support Stick, that resets all the network configuration and recovers the configuration files that might be corrupted. You can find this stick in the Downloads section of our web page. (The instructions are available on our Knowledge Base).

If the error persists or if there is something else we can help you with, please open a ticket providing the serial number of your Mr Beam II.

Greetings from Munich,

Iratxe
